I has a Tumblr.

Making a Sock Dreams order tonight, despite their sad selection for the small-footed.  However, most of the wool socks can be washed and dried on HI and will end up small enough so the heel’s not up somewhere halfway up my calf.  Sigh.

Fluffy kitty sleepy time.

To make up for it, here is my fat cat Tarquinius.  She does not like being woken up to have her picture taken.

I am bad a tumblr.

Yeah.  So, like a month since last post.  I lose at this.

Tonight

My friend wants me to go to Walmart with her.  First, I hate that store.  Second, there’s a “rendering truck” spill between here and there.  I don’t wanna go!

On Cutting Out Fabric

Here is how I roll:

  1. Do a crude cut out of the pattern.  Seperate the pieces into those needed for this pattern, those for outfits I might make later, and those views designed by rabid drunk howler monkies on speed.  Place the second back in the envelope and gleefully chuck the rest.
  2. Neatly trim the pieces for this project and iron them (low heat, no steam).
  3. Cut out fabric.
  4. Sew thingit together.
  5. Prance about like a silly person while wearing thingit.

Note that this is just how I roll.  You may do so differently, but step 5 is very important and I do not recommend omitting it.

This is not me.  I am not as hot as this penguin.

I AM HOTTER.  BWAH!
